Plotting

... I mean potting for the winter... :)

finally potted my Philodendron hederaceum I have had three cuttings in a large blue Mason jar for over two years. That poor thing!

Voila! A new home, or maybe just a new pot for my philo:

I'm sure it is much happier now. BUT, I couldn't help but to take a couple cuttings of the newly planted philo. It will make it fuller, right? :)

Experimenting (insert my little brother's evil laugh here)

Good experimenting! Good growth encouraging experimenting. As it gets colder, there is not much to do in the garden, especially if you do not know where you will be living the next summer. So, dreams of potted plant dance in my head.

I have taken cuttings from some geraniums hanging around and in two weeks time I see:

Little root nodules!

Here's the tops to though stems:

It's a compilation of reds with variegated, and ivy, and dark green, and chartreuse, and scented leaves. Needless to say, I'm excited!
